Replace previous subscription with a new one from the lack Friday deals and that includes a phone

Question

I want to replace my current subscription that expires in 9 months with a new one from the black Friday deals that also include a phone and a different bundle for data and calls while keeping the same number. However, when I try to proceed, I get the answer that on that number I have more then 4 months to go and I can not do it. Is there a way to replace my subscription? It’s more expensive bundle, for more months and I am also buying a phone, would be silly if I can not “spend more money”. And the alternative is that I change provider and buy the phone separately. Is there a solution for this?

Hello ​@dconsoliYour current subscription is also with a phone?You can renew your subscription from 4 months before the end date of your contract.You can choose for early renewal, please contact the customer support for that, it costs €71,12.Please keep in mind that your new subscription will start after your current subscription ends.

SOrry, you can not prolonge a subscription which is still 9 months to go. What you can do is take a new subscription/phone and use the lowest bundels. The new subsription will give you a sim with a new number, but you can put that aside UNTIL 7 months from now.. Than you request a number porting from your old subscription and than 9 months from now, the old subscription will be ended and the number will be transferred to the sim which you put aside and can than use in the phone. AT that moment you can also raise the bundels to the required amounts.
