I find it kind of insane how hard it is to cancel a subscription once you move out of the Netherlands. Your chat bot gives a number that doesn’t work and links that are broken.
I have no odido account since the employee at the Amsterdam office didn’t require me to create one nor does the website work from where i am at the moment.
all I had left to do is decline the payment from my account but I don’t want to do things this way, please help me I can provide bsn, email attached to the account and phone number.
