Hi, my Odido app shows that my 12-month contract ends on 22 October 2026. However, I received an email saying my number can only be transferred from 15 November 2026.
Why is there such a difference between these dates? I selected the option to switch providers at the end of my contract. Can someone explain why?
+14Because there is always one month cancellation notification. If you ask for number porting on the 15th of oktober, the contract ends on the 15th of november. As this date is later than your one year contract term, there are no cancellation costs.
After the porting there will come an end invoice where pro rato the not consumed days of the subscription in november will be credited.
