Need help canceling my mobile subscription

Hello,

 

I’ve moved back to my home country from Netherlands and I no longer need a subscription, I want to cancel but when i try this link: https://www.odido.nl/my/abonnement-opzeggen it asks for a phone verification which I cannot do because I’m not getting any service nor am I able to use cellular data, is there a way for you to cancel my subscription without it? If not then can you help me fix my no service issue?
