My Simcard was blocked but after paying it is still blocked

Due delayed payment my simcard got blocked. However, after paying I got a confirmation saying that the blockade will be lifted 4 hours after paying but it has been 18 hours now. I am currently abroad and need to use data roaming and be available for calls. How do I fix this?

Hello ​@EliasOus welcome to our community! First of all, thank you for your payment. I understand very well that you want the blockage to be lifted as soon as possible. In what way had you paid? If you paid the amount using the iDeal button in your My Odido account, the payment will be processed within an hour and as soon as that is the case, the blockage will be removed automatically.

Did you manually transfer the amount to our account number? Then the amount will be linked and processed in your account within 3 business days, and as soon as it is, the blockage will be removed automatically.

I would be happy to check with you on the status of the payment with your subscription. However, I am only missing the last 4 digits of your bank account number for verification. Could you still fill those in for me in your profile and give me a sign when you have done so? Then I can check your subscription right away!
