early termination of contract due to moving

Hi,

writing on behalf of my husband who is travelling. He bought a new device with lan of 15 euro unlimited. He already paid of the device when he bought it and now he has to leave the country to work in another. There is still 9 month left for the contract. How much will he have to pay for the contract apart of 50% monthly subscription (67.5 euro) ? I need the answer very urgently. Thank you.

Hello ​@Shilpi welcome to our community! How nice that your husband is traveling! I understand that you want more clarity about canceling the subscription. If he has paid off the device credit, he will only pay 50% of the monthly costs for his internet and calling plan for the remaining months.

If you want the subscription to be canceled, he can submit a request by emailing incasso@odido.nl. Please note that proof of departure abroad is also required. They will provide him with further information and arrange the cancellation.
