I would like to convert my existing SIM-only contract to a prepaid plan. I want to keep my number. My SIM-only subscription is still active at the moment. The data in my private profile is up to date. Can you help check if the switch to prepaid is possible!

Cancellations of your mobile subscription is not possible via this forum. You need to call customer care on 0800-0092.
