We have an Odido pre-paid sim card and now we are traveling in Switzerland. MyOdido clearly shows we still have 15 EUR credit.
However, we were told the credit is not enough to buy any bundels.
How is that possible? Can Odido solve this bug as soon as possible?

Hi prudentbai, I hope you're enjoying your stay in Switzerland! And nice to see that you're using Prepaid. It does look like you have enough credit to buy the 1 GB, 3 GB or 9 GB bundles. What happens if you SMS MP2 to 1280? Does it work then? If not, please reply to the DM I've sent you via Webcare Moderator. Then I can take a look into your account and see if I can buy the bundle for you!
