Hello, I would like to terminate my odido contracts early and buy off my phone. I have emailed incasso on 29th July but no reply. I want the contract to be cancelled as of August 29th

That would probably more than a year ago. Processes were updated and moderators are not allowed to do this anymore. Calling from abroad is possible via +316-24001200.
