Hi there,

I returned to Australia to visit family and have decided to stay and not return to The Netherlands.

unfortunately I can not find a way to cancel my contract from overseas, could someone please help?

Cancelling your mobile subscription will cost you €13,50 x the remaining months + any remaining toestelkrediet.

If your subscription is out of contract than you'll only pay for the final invoice. Keep in mind that there is a one month cancellation period, a moderator can submit the cancellation for you.

If you can send me a private message including your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your account number I will help you with your cancellation request.
