May the number expire or do you want to convert the subscription to a PrePaid connection? Is your subscription already out of contract? Then the earliest I can cancel it for you is 24/01/25 due to a month's notice. If you are still in contract, you have to buy off the subscription. You then pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the device credit you still have open (if you have one). Also take into account one month's notice.
Could you please enter your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile? Then I can check with you!
