I will be able to convert your subscription to PrePaid at the earliest on 23/02/25, due to one month's notice. I made the calculation right away and you will pay a buy-off fee of € 45,89.

Thank you for your reply, Pharwin! What if I pay off the subscription now but convert it to PrePaid when I actually leave the country? Also, is there a validity period for PrePaid plans? For example, if I’m abroad for six months and won’t be actively using it during that time, would that cause any issues? Thank you in advance.

The code is 8257175. If there are no restrictions such as a validity date for a PrePaid plan, I’m ready to pay the buy-off fee and switch my plan.

We always recommend to be logged on to our own Dutch network, so that the conversion can be done successfully. But if you are abroad, this is also fine. Just make sure your SIM card is active on that day.
We do recommend that you actively use your PrePaid connection once every 6 months. By active use we mean:
- Calling yourself (if the call is answered)
- Recording someone else's voicemail
- Sending text messages
- Top up credit yourself
- Mobile internet
- Forwarded call (only if the party forwarded to accepts the call).
No active usage:
- Being called (picking up or not makes no difference).
- Outgoing calls that are not answered
- Own voicemail that is recorded
- Text messages received
- Top-ups made by Odido itself (for example, as a promotion or via the goodwill tool)
- Forwarded calls (if the party forwarded to does not answer the call)
Once you perform 1 of the above points once every 6 months, your PrePaid connection will remain active. Otherwise, your number will expire. We do this so that numbers do not remain active on our network unnecessarily.

Thank you for the detailed response. Is there anything I need to do on my end at the moment, apart from paying the buy-off invoice? I assume that will be processed automatically later, correct?
@igorkass you don't have to do anything, Everything will be completely automatic. You will automatically receive a final invoice with the buy-off and the cost of your subscription. You just need to make sure the SIM card is active as soon as the conversion will take place!
