Strange that you didn't receive the confirmation mail. Did you check your spam box to see if you received it there perhaps? Either way, I've just sent you the confirmation mail again. May I ask what is the outstanding amount that I have to pay? And is it possible for me to pay it right away?
Hello @Seonmin, You only have to pay the upcoming invoices. Keep in mind that you have an old-Tele2 subscription, where your bills are billed in arrears. So the invoice of October, is about the month of September. In November you will receive the invoice for October and in December you will receive your last invoice for November. There will be billing on your final invoice until the end date of your subscription, which is November 21. So you will receive a total of 2 more invoices from us. Those cannot be paid right now, you will really have to wait for them, sorry!
