Cancel my new subscription and switch to the old one

I made a wrong choice to make a new subscription. I’d like to recover my previous subscription. Is it possible? The old contract is monthly terminated, but the current one has 24 months duration. It’s not suitable for me, since I work oversea now. I just want to keep the number with a limited cost and easy to terminate in a case.

Hi pengyou, you're very welcome, and thank you for filling in your profile! I've looked into your account, and I see that you've cancelled your subscription; but the cancellation date is now far in the future: 29-01-2027. I don't think that's what you want right now. I'd love to explain the situation: with a Sim Only renewal, you don't have 14 days to reconsider your renewal (bedenktijd), because you already know the network, and you don't have to test it again. Therefore: I'm not allowed to cancel your renewal and bring your old subscription back. However, I'm willing to make a huge exception, because I completely understand that working overseas, and with the cancelled residence permit, it's not ideal to continue with a 2-year contract. So, I've cancelled your cancellation, and I've cancelled the renewal (I won't tell anyone if you won't 😉). Your old monthly subscription is now active again. I hope I've made you very happy with this, and if you have any questions, please let me know. I'm here for you! 🙌🏻

Thank you, Marciano! I do appreciate your kind help!

I am a longterm user of Odido (Tele2). I knew it was a good choice, and I am more convinced now.

Good morning Pengyou, welcome to our Community! Nice to see that you're staying with us with your subscription, and I hope you're enjoying your work overseas. Recovering an old subscription after a renewal or a new contract isn't easy. It depends on what the new subscription is, if you've chosen a new mobile phone with it, where you ordered it, etc. At this point, I can't promise to cancel your new subscription, but I'm happy to look into it. Please fill in your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN in your profile, and I will see what I can do for you! 😊

Hi Marciano, Thank you for your reply!

I have edited my profile with the information you asked. My new subscription is a sim only plan. I ordered it with odido app. I just want to return to the monthly terminated contract.

In the coming future, my residence permit will be canceled. Therefore, in my case, my previous monthly contract is more applicable. Please help me make it! Thank you! The current contract started only 3 days ago.
