• If your subscription started within 14 days and you ordered a device with it, you can cancel your subscription through the return procdure.
• If your subscription started longer than 14 days ago, you can cancel it online via Mijn Odido.
• Did you order a Sim Only subscription? Please call 1200 and we will fix it for you right away.
