Hello, I am leaving the Netherlands and would like to cancel a mobile contract. However I cannot find the option to do this on the website.

Can you help me cancel the contract?

Hello ​@Kewin, welcome to our Community! I completely understand that you no longer need your subscription, since you are going abroad. I can help you cancel your subscription! Please keep in mind to give me one month's notice. 

Can you include your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile? Then I can check with you! I will only need to do an additional verification with you after that to make sure you are the right person. For this, I will send a code by text message to your number. If you can share the code with me, I can then cancel the subscription for you on 13/02/25 at the earliest.
