Cancel Amazon Prime and Deezer extras

Hi,

I want to switch from Unlimited Premium to Unlimited Snelst. But whenever I try to turn off Amazon Prime and Deezer extras, new price displayed is the price of Unlinited Snelst increased for those 2 extras added at a full price.

How can I cancel those extras?

Hi ​@davorinb Indeed, I see that you managed to change your subscription to Unlimited Fastest, nice! I see you also managed to discontinue the Amazon Prime and Deezer bundles. However, these will be discontinued as of August 8, 2025, due to one month's notice. No worries, we're not the hard ones about this. I stopped the bundle for you immediately.

Do you see this in your account now? Is everything else okay? If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know!

    Hello ​@davorinb, nice that you want to switch to Unlimited Snelst! Good to know: you can always make a change to your subscription once per basket. The Extras are also adjustable monthly. You can make this in order through your My Odido account. Had you already done this? Then it will probably be adjusted after one month. However, if you change your subscription to Unlimited Fastest, the Extras will automatically expire because there are no Extras with that subscription. 

    I checked your subscription right away and I see that you can make the change to Unlimited Fastest for € 38,70 (without discount). Can you try to make the change through your account?

    I'd love to hear if it worked out!

    I have changed the subscription to Snelst and additionally removed extras. 

    Can you please check if extras will not extend after they expire?
