Cancel a contract within 14-day period

I have signed a contract with Odido via Belsimpel without realizing my current contract with Lebara is yet to finish in 30-07-2027. I therefore wish to cancel my Odido contract as I want to keep my Lebara contract (at least until it finishes).

As I understand, as it is within the 14-day “cooling off” period, there should be no penalties. Can you please arrange it?

You need to call Belsimpel, once your order is cancelled there they will inform Odido aswell.
