Hello,

I am a foreign customer trying to purchase an esim with a brand new phone number, as I currently do not have a dutch phone number.

However, during the online purchase process, I am required to provide a mobile or landline phone number, and the form does not accept my foreign phone number. I am therefore unsure how I am supposed to proceed with the subscription.

Do I need to visit a shop in person to get a subscription started as it seems like I do not have the means to complete the purchase online

With many providers, it is not possible to to get a subscription online if you do not have a Dutch phone number or bank account. You do indeed have to go to a physical shop to do this. Alternatively, you can buy a prepaid SIM card if you are already in the Netherlands.

Hello @wE14

You can apply for a free prepaid simcard on the Vodafone website, maybe it'll be delivered tomorrow so you can use that number.

You could also use the number of a relative?
