Block simcard

Hi lost my simcard that has monthly subscription for unlimited internet. Is it possible to block that sim and send new one to my address. I have two simcard. Simcard to be blocked is

The fastest way for this is to visit a nearby Odído shop and than they can also arrange a new one.

    Good morning Lok Man, I hope enjoyed your weekend and welcome to our community. Sorry to hear that you lost your sim card. Did you already visit an Odido Shop like ​@Waqqas suggested? I also suggest going to one of our Odido Shops, because that is indeed the fastest way to get a new sim card and activate it. If not, I sent you a private message to verify your details. Please answer me there and I'm happy to look into your account. I will block the sim card and see if I can order a new one for you. But please keep in mind that if I order one for you, it will take about 3 days before it arrives at your address.
