I wanted to order extra fast 4g for house which comes with an external antenna but I’m living in a monumental building and the municipality doesn’t allow using screws over the exterior of the house.
Are there any other options to install the external antenna?

Both of my neighbors have cable connections but it shows that it’s not supported for my address!
Is it possible to request cable access?
If older buildings are split in apparments but they owner does not register that correct with the gouvernement or ask for it's own ISRA access, your adres will not have a possibility for it's own DSL connection. You should ask the landlord if hé can arrange that in your appartement also a telecom connection is created. At this moment if in the zip checker or Odido it it not possible, the 4G for home 30 mbit might be the only alternative.
Difficult to answer if you don't know the physical situation of your house. I would see if I can put a pole in the ground with the antenna attached to it. You could also ask the municipality if they would like to advise you. Invite them and show them what stuff you get. Succes!

Do you perhaps mean COAX cable? T-Mobile doesn't use the COAX cable to deliver their services, maybe your neighbours have Ziggo or Deltas as their internet provider?
