On the 14th of April I called customer service to give one month notice to cancel my mobile subscription, and I was told that my subscription will be canceled as of the 14th of May. As this was not the case, I wrote to the customer support and I have received a prompt reply that this was due to a technical error, and that the situation will be resolved in about two weeks. As nothing happened and my number is still active, I wrote to the customer support again, but this time I have received no reply for nearly two weeks. Therefore, I now writing here hoping that the moderators will be able to finally resolve this and cancel my subscription for the number written in my profile. I am also hoping that you will guide me on how to dispute the invoices that Odido continue to send me for this subscription, which I do not feel obliged to pay after my noticed period ended.
