For 2 days (since Monday morning) I have no internet connection at home. Huawei ONT blinking PON & Zyxel T-56 displays red ‘Internet’ icon.
I have called Odido yesterday morning and scheduled a technician from Guidion for today 8:00-12:00. At 9:00 i received a message saying the appointment is cancelled, i immediately scheduled a new appointment for 12:00-16:00. Nobody showed up, then I call Odido again and waited on hold until their technical department contacted the technician. Then they reassured me that he is late but for sure coming before 20:00 (12 hours later than initial appointment!!). I waited patiently. As of now it is 20:15 and nobody came!
I had to cancel my plans and waited for 12 hours (!!!) at home like a total idiot. On top of that I was lied by both Odido and Guidion saying that the technician is 100% coming. Now I cannot contact neither Odido nor Guidion because their contact hours are over. So for the second day I have no internet, no way to know when will it be fixed and absolutely no trust in customer or technical service.
I just transferred from KPN one month ago. And in my 3 years with KPN never experienced anything like that.
