Cancelled my internet order (services never active) but never received a return package code

Have you received a confirmation of the cancellation?

After a one month cancellation period you will receive instructions via the email about how to send back the boxes.

You can also write your details on a paper and add it in the box, when going to a DHL point just tell them to send this to Odido.
