Hi, I’ve been in the Netherlands for 2 months and I have a 2 year contract with T‑Mobile (until august 2024) but now I have to come back to Italy due to personal reason and I have to terminate my contract, I would like to know about the fee I have to pay, the guy who works in the store told me I have to pay an extra month in my case. The amount you'll have to pay is €13,50 × the remaining months + your remaining toestelkrediet if you had a phone aswell.
There is a one month cancellation period so your contract will stop 1 month after the cancellation has been submitted.
