Cancelling my contract

Hi!

My contract will end on 24 oktober 2021 and I would like to cancel it from that date since I do no live in the Netherlands anymore. Could you please help me with that?

I’d like to check your contract and make sure this will be cancelled on your end date. Could you send me a private message via my profile with your phone number, full Dutch address, date of birth and last four digits of your bank account info? If you could also let me know if you would like to keep your Dutch phone number as PrePaid, then I can arrange that as well.

Hallo @Karoliine 

A moderator can help you with this but if you move to any of these countries where T-Mobile is active and you subscribe there to T-Mobile then your contract here can be cancelled for free.
