Roaming does not work

I cannot use my roaming and I cannot call. Its already 3 days. I need a solutions. MOD Edit Francisco Peidro. PLEASE

Hello ​@Kiko1994, welcome to our Community! I am happy to look with you for a solution. What country are you in? Had you rebooted your device before? Also, is your Roaming on? Can you manually connect to another provider's network? Or does that not work either?

Can you check if the APN name is set correctly with your network? You can check this in settings > connections > mobile networks > access point names. It should say internet.mobiel. Otherwise Roaming will not work. If it is not there, can you change it and reboot your device? 

I would be happy to check with you if everything is set correctly on your subscription from our side. However, I see that the data entered in your profile, does not match what is listed under the number in the system. I see that only that the zip code + house number do not match. Can you please provide the correct zip code + house number in your profile? Then I can check with you after that!
