Smart speaker T56 / EX5601-T1

Hello!

My smart speaker can't connect to the internet via Wi-Fi.

I tried different ways to fix it:

  • Splitting 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies.
  • Changed security settings to WPA2.
  • Updated the firmware of the device.

Now i think that it is the same problem as in this topics:
 

 

So, could you please send me an update? (I filled my customer number).

I have corrected my customer profile (It is BRG*****)

Also i added an email linked with subscription in “Twitter profile” field.

Thanks @Andreev, I have put you on the list. The firmware will be upgraded soon, during updating, your internet will be down for about three minutes. After that, the new firmware will be on the modem.
