Cancel contract (it never started)

I went to an Odido shop where they told me to call you...

I called several times at 1200, and finally after 15 minutes I reached a person and after 10 seconds I got disconnected. 

 

I have a following request for glasvezel contract...

 

Last year in March 2024 I signed up for your glasvezel internet and in my street the cables were laid out and then into the ground floor. However the subcontractors of ODF wanted to install the rest of the cables via the facade (for the upper floors where my apartment is) and my VVE board refused it because our building is a protected monument so everything has to go through meterkast. In the end I cannot install a glasvezel connection and ODF doesn’t want to do it via meterkast.

 

I would like to return your box (with a modem I guess) which I received 2 months ago.

 

My subscription has not yet started and in theory it cannot ever start so I would like to return this but at Odido shop they told me you need to send me a return label for PostNL via email.

Hi ​@ryzen01, I am sorry to see that it is not possible to get the Fiber cables to your home and I understand that you want to cancel the contract for this reason. It is correct that you are not able to return the hardware in one of our Odido Shops. I went ahead and cancelled the application for you. This way you will soon receive an e-mail from us with a QR-code to be able to return the package. You can return this at a DHL-Servicepoint near you!

It is correct that you are not able to return the hardware in one of our Odido Shops. I went ahead and cancelled the application for you. Two days have passed and I still didn’t received any email about return label. My email is in my profile. Can you check please?

Hi ​@ryzen01, I can see that the QR code can't be arranged. I am sorry, there is an error in our system. Please use our other method to return the hardware. In that case you place the hardware in a box like you would normally, put your address on a note in the box and bring this box to a DHL point. You can just tell DHL the package needs to be send to Odido, they can make a label on the spot. Please keep the receipt they will give you, as this is your prove of returning the hardware.
