Last year in March 2024 I signed up for your glasvezel internet and in my street the cables were laid out and then into the ground floor. However the subcontractors of ODF wanted to install the rest of the cables via the facade (for the upper floors where my apartment is) and my VVE board refused it because our building is a protected monument so everything has to go through meterkast. In the end I cannot install a glasvezel connection and ODF doesn’t want to do it via meterkast.
I would like to return your box (with a modem I guess) which I received 2 months ago.
My subscription has not yet started and in theory it cannot ever start so I would like to return this but at Odido shop they told me you need to send me a return label for PostNL via email.
