Geannuleerd en wil retourneren - gebruik vorige router

Hi,
I disconnected my account but after 3 days of using the other provider I want to go back.
I have been told I cannot use my old router, I still need to return it (why?)

And I still need a technician (for the same glasvezel internet connection that recently worked?)
Does this make sense?

The technician can come much after the 14 days cooling period where I can cancel the other provider.

If you ended the Odido subscription,  the equipement need to be returned. You also need to cancell the new subscription within 14 days. 

After the line has been released you can apply for a new Odido subscription,  new equipement will be send and the optical fiber will be connected to the Odido equipement in the local exchange. There will be some downtime.
