Great that you alert me about the issues you're experiencing! Could you tell me how long you've been experiencing the problem? The only call report I was able to find was from 2,5 weeks ago. Furthermore, could you please supply me with a picture of the connection point? It seems like you've got the right connection point, but that the cable to the connection point is not working properly. Could you try to take out and reinsert the DSL cable into the modem and the connection point? Please let me know the results, as I know that I can certainly find a solution for this problem!
