Hi,
I’m trying to add my phone subscription, but I receive this error.
However a subscription for my T-Mobile home has been already added without issue.
Maybe the problem is that, when I went to T-mobile store to take my sim, I had to make another orders because I committed a mistake on my initials. And now, I’m not able to make the same change on T-mobile home. So, maybe they are linked to different initials.
Are you able to help me?
