Unable to add subscription - User not found


Hi,

I’m trying to add my phone subscription, but I receive this error.

 

 

However a subscription for my T-Mobile home has been already added without issue.

 

Maybe the problem is that, when I went to T-mobile store to take my sim, I had to make another orders because I committed a mistake on my initials. And now, I’m not able to make the same change on T-mobile home. So, maybe they are linked to different initials.

Are you able to help me?

Hi @ifragliasso 

I would like to look into this. Can you send me a private message with the 06-number it regards, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I will check if your settings are correct and if there is an older account attached to your number. 

If you click on my name you see the option ‘’stuur bericht’’. Looking forward to your message!
