No internet connection, Red 'internet' light on router.

My internet has stopped working for the last few hours. I’ve reset the router multiple times and made sure all the plugs are in properly.

  • ‘Internet’ light on router is red.
  • ‘Ethernet WAN connection down’ message in router page.

Any idea how to fix this?

Good that you started a topic about this and have already contacted our customer service team. They have created a ticket for you for our techies. They will start investigating your connection and hopefully we will get it back up soon.

Update: I called Odido and they said there’s some problems with my connection, and have given me unlimited mobile internet while they resolve the issue.

Hi Bobo22,

I think that I'm having the same problem as you, but I just got my Odido membership, so have never had connection at any point yet. Did this problem occur when installing the router or has your internet from Odido been working before?

I'm just asking so that I can see if we're having the same issue.

Hey Rangeroverr,

Mine was recently installed, but has been working for a few weeks before this. So it could be unluckily the same problem, but also might just be something about your install!

We zien dat een aantal van onze klanten problemen ondervindt met Internet, TV en Vast Bellen op verschillende plekken in Nederland op het netwerk van DELTA.
