Hello,

I am having problems with my router. It seems as if it is not getting any power. i have already switched outlets and ensured it was “on”. it is the Huawei model HG659. Is there a way to do an in store exchange?

If your router is not powering on than you can indeed ask for a replacement. Just get in touch with the customer support and they will send you a new one.

Don't forget to return your current modem after you receive the new one otherwise you will receive a fine.
