I ordered Odido fiber. Last week, some mechanics came to my house and install glass fiber cable. Two days later, another mechanics came to install the converter and router. However, internet can not be connected, the internet light is red. The mechanic said something outside was not right. I contacted Odido, and this evening, the third mechanic came and checked. He said the fiber cable was not right somewhere.
How can this issue be solved? I already waited one month for my internet. I need it soon…
