internet does not work at installation
Hello. Today I was expecting an internet connection. The modem connected according to the instructions. But the internet does not work. What could be the problem? How to solve it?

I checked your file right away and I see that our technical team are still working on the issue. Once it is fixed you’ll receive a confirmation per e-mail. I can then send a technician your way for setting up your modem!
