I signed up for glasvezel in late October and was told that someone would come install in November. Then the date got pushed to December, then January/February and no update since.

 

I am possibly moving soon so would like to cancel my Glasvezel.

Hi @florainamsterdam, I went straight to check for you. I see that this is a newly built house or and newly laid fibre optic line. Completion always takes a bit longer then.
