Enabling WiFi after the Connection Time Problem?

Hi,
I am currently getting no No Network Connection. I was meant to set up the network before a 6pm activation time, (21-09-2019), but I was unsure if this meant an activation code.
Since it's after 6pm, what would be the best method to get the Network connection working correctly?

Hi @Gibbs_95 It looks like you had an appointment with our mechanic for today but it would appear you missed each other. If you want I can send out a new order to make a new appointment, let me know!

    Ik ben per 4-11-2021 niet meer werkzaam als Moderator op de Community. Ik zal eventuele privéberichten daarom niet meer kunnen beantwoorden maar mijn collega's helpen je graag! :)
