no thuis internet FO link mediaconverter is off

Any help please?

i tried To reboot both media converter and router I changed the set in the converter 1/6 and ¾ numbers but nothing.

is there anyone who has the same issues in the Eindhoven area?

Hi @danipoly, @Marcin Gontarski, & @Jhobbelen, we are currently receiving signals confirming that some of our customers experience problems with Internet, TV and the landline in Eindhoven and Woensel. Hi, I also have problems with my internet in Eindhoven area.

Also reseting media converter doesnt help

Hi, also having problems here, no internet on the router. Did same things as the persons above but nothing happens and keep having the red light for internet.
