Wrong and doubled invoice

hi,

I do not why Odido charged me dubled for my new subscription, 

How can i solve this problem?

Hi Sina, nobody likes to be wrong or double charged, and I'm happy to look into it for you! Are you talking about an invoice for a mobile subscription or an Internet + TV subscription? What does the invoice say exactly. If you started a new subscription half-way through the month, it's possible that some costs or discounts are calculated slightly different (pro rato). For this, you will have to check the dates behind the costs carefully. If you still think it's wrong, please fill in your profile with your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN. Then, I can take a look at the invoice, so you will have full clarity on it soon! đŸ˜„

Hi,

 

I initially ordered a smartphone but needed to keep my current number. Odido sent me a new SIM card and subscription, but I returned it. I then ordered another plan to renew my subscription using my current number, but they charged me double the price!
