Hello, recently been trying to cancel my subscription as I moved abroad a while ago.I would massively appreciate any help regarding the matter. However I have lost access to the SIM and therefore the number. I am willing to provide any formation necessary to ensure that I can get this done. Thanks in advance.

I immediately checked your subscription and I see that you are already out of contract. Your subscription can be cancelled after one month's notice at the earliest. However, I can no longer cancel the subscription for you, because the rules have changed. You can cancel you subscription by calling this number: 0800-0092. This can be done from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 17:30. They will be happy to help you cancel your subscription! If by phone is not possible, you can also submit your cancellation using our online contact form. Or send it to us by letter: Odido Netherlands B.V.. P.O. Box 16272 2500 BG The Hague.
