If you want to cancel earlier, you can buy it off. You will then pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the device credit you currently have outstanding. I see that you have no phone credit and that it is a Sim Only subscription.
If you want, I can cancel the subscription for you. Please note that you always have one month's notice with us. The subscription can be cancelled on 22/08/24 at the earliest. The redemption price is then € 102,92. If you agree, I will just have to perform an additional verification with you to make sure that you are the right person.
