Hi @haydercj Indeed, I see with your subscription that you recently activated a new eSIM. Do I understand correctly that you also previously had an eSIM with this problem? And with this eSIM you have the same? Then there is a chance it is due to the pairing of the eSIM with your device. I think a physical SIM card will be the solution. I can order this for you, so you will have the new physical SIM card within 3 business days. Or you can drop by one of our stores, where my colleague can provide you with a new SIM card right away.
Or I can also possibly forward a case for you to one of our network specialists, so they can investigate it for you. In that case, I would be happy to receive some additional information.
