When I roam, i cannot get any internet. This keeps happening. Is this a sim card issue? What other settings could it be? My wife is on the same network and settings with odido and she has no trouble.

Hello @Xtrios

You can try and use this APN.

Make sure mobile data is enabled and you can also try and select another network provider.

Hello @Kiko1994, welcome to our Community! How nice that you are in Spain. Well nice if your internet is working too. Let's look at a solution together!

Is your Roaming on and do you still have enough data to surf the internet? Have you already rebooted your device? This can often help, because your phone will then reconnect to the mast in your area. Can you manually connect to another provider's network? Or does that not work either? Can you check if the APN name of your network is set correctly, as indicated above?

To rule out some things, I would like to ask you to check some things in your phone. Could you check for me if the software of your phone is up to date? In addition, you can also reset your phone's network settings. On an Android device you do this in the following way: Settings > General Administration. Then choose Reset and then Reset network settings. If you have an iPhone, you do it this way: 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Transfer or reset [device]' > 'Reset' > 'Restore network settings'.

Let me also check with you if everything is set up correctly for your subscription. However, I see that the address information does not match what is listed under your number in our system. Can you provide the correct zip code + house number in your profile? Then I can take a look right away!

I'd love to hear from you!
