Hello @bc91, no worries, I'm happy to help you! Do you mean no Internet abroad? In your account I saw that there was a blockade set for Roaming, because you have an ongoing payment plan with us. I have just removed this for you. If you are abroad, I recommend turning on your Roaming. Did you ever reboot your phone? This can often help, because your phone will then reconnect to the mast in your area. 

To rule out some things, I would like to ask you to check a few things in your phone. Could you check if the software of your phone is up to date? In addition, you can also reset your phone's network settings. On an Android device, you do this in the following way: Settings > General Administration. Then choose Reset and then Reset network settings. If you have an iPhone, you do it this way: 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Transfer or reset [device]' > 'Reset' > 'Restore network settings'.
