No internet again in Hilversum Media Park - 1222 EK

Any update, When will have internet back and why we are getting issue daily?  Bit surprised!! Daily it is getting down

Hey ​@anurag0707, the cause of the outage was found last night and adjustments were made immediately. The previous problems with Internet, TV and Fixed Calls in the Netherlands region have thus been fixed. If you are still not connected, please disconnect the modem and media converter (and any Wifi extenders) from the power for at least 10 seconds. If that not works, could you perform a hard factory reset on the modem? 

If you still don't come online after this, I would like to receive the state of the lights on the modem and ONT. Then I will have it investigated further! Make sure your profile includes your postcode, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your account number, otherwise I won't be able to investigate. Thanks in advance.
