Hi, I have been trying to contact Odido's customer service for a couple of days without success, so I decided to write my issue here.

I decided to cancel my mobile contract because the terms and conditions are not being met. I subscribed to Unlimited plus and my speed is consistently slower than other cheaper subscription options. I would like to be able to switch to a more reliable provider without incurring in the penalty for leaving my newly renovated contract since I thought that the limited speed was only a glitch.

If you have the subscription since 14 days, you can recall the order. You can use this period to see if the subscription is ok for you. Specially while a mobile network is a shared network, only the maximum speed which you can reach is mentioned, there is no guaranteed speed.

What also is important to reach the higher speeds is what phone is used. What subscription do you have and what phone? 

So, if you have a new (14 days ) subscription,  call customer care for cancellation. If older, there is no free cancellation. You can pay off the subscription if you really want to go.
