Hi, I have been trying to contact Odido's customer service for a couple of days without success, so I decided to write my issue here.
I decided to cancel my mobile contract because the terms and conditions are not being met. I subscribed to Unlimited plus and my speed is consistently slower than other cheaper subscription options. I would like to be able to switch to a more reliable provider without incurring in the penalty for leaving my newly renovated contract since I thought that the limited speed was only a glitch.
