Hello, this is now my third time reaching out over this issue and I have never gotten an email back from support.  I can not get my account closed, I found out last week that I still somehow have a running account with you guys from a year ago and am getting incasso alerts. I was sure I ended my account with you guys a year ago as I have moved to the United States. I haven’t lived or had a residence in NL in a year and no longer have a bank account as i am not ingeschreven anywhere in NL. I was assured that a year ago my account was closed however it seems it isn’t. I have no way to call customer service as I don’t have a Dutch phone number nor can I log into my account. I would like to get my cell account shut down.

I'm going to make sure that this is your last time and we're going to close it permanently this time. I've looked into your account and I don't see any cancellation request. I think there has been some confusion about the end of your contract. If your contract ends, your subsrcription always keeps running automatically, so that you don't get disconnected suddenly. You always have to cancel the subscription yourself. If you moved to the U.S. you didn't receive all the letters we've sent to you about the payment reminders. That being said: your subscription has ended a few months ago. I see that you did a last payment a few weeks ago and there are no open invoices anymore. Everything is good now. Payments are done and your subscription has ended. Please let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise I wish you a great stay in the United States and a good day! 😊
