A problem with my order (zakelijk)

Hi!

I am your zakelijk subscriber for a while now, and twelve days ago I decided to extend my subscription and also get a new iPhone. I thought that everything went fine, I opted in for a one year subscription and paid 400+ euro in advance, but when AMP came at my door it turned out that my first name was placed as my last name. Although my id number matched, AMP employee understandably had to return the phone and directed me to contact Odido to resolve this. 


Two days ago I had a phone call on which your colleague told me she will solve this, but in the middle of her sentence the connection broke. I had to call again, and was told I will be called back, but that did not happen.

The only thing that I have is an email saying that my order has been cancelled. 

Could you help me resolve this? Thanks!
