Hi Community, 

Yesterday I got T mobile internet connection first time, within few hours Internet gone, only received wifi signal but internet is not working, Actually in the modem signal in WAN and INTERNET SO I followed all steps in website to solve but nothing helpful than I called customer service to solve from there also nothing worked, Than I asked appointment for technical person she said based on the appointment only I could have, it strange that she don't know when available, I don't know how many days i am going to be without internet connection, I don't feel good at this service.

Someone having experience like this?

Do you have a DSL or Fiber connection? In case of Fiber which lights are on, off or blinking on the mediaconverter and is the UTP going to the WAN port of your router?

In case of DSL is the modem connected to the main KPN ISRA where the KPN cable is also çonnected?
